With offices in Newcastle and Oxford, Heatonmore Ltd specialises in small-medium sized developments primarily across the South East and North East of England, our focus on design, build quality and detail give a Heatonmore home the space, light and flexible living opportunities that re-define what a new home looks and feels like.
Roy Heaton has been running a successful property business since 1998 and as a director of his sales and marketing company he has a strong customer focus and the necessary negotiating skills to ensure investors targets are met and buyer’s dreams are realised. Heatonmore Ltd was formed in 2019 after both Stuart and Roy met on a property developer’s course and realised they both had a shared passion for building quality homes with a low carbon footprint.
