Le M&A and Private Equity club est une association étudiante de HEC Paris dont le but est de préparer ses membres aux métiers du M&A et du Private Equity, de les informer sur les problématiques de ces activités et de les mettre en relation avec des professionnels.
Dans ce but, nous organisons des formations techniques, des sessions de mise en pratique mais aussi des conférences, des événements de networking et des visites d’établissements. Nous souhaitons également organiser prochainement une compétition étudiante de finance.
Le M&A and Private Equity club se concentre sur la Corporate finance et son objectif est en définitive de faire de ses membres les meilleurs candidats à l’entrée dans ce secteur.

The M&A and PE Club is a student association of HEC Paris which aims at preparing its members to M&A and PE jobs, informing them about the dynamics of the financial sector and getting them in contact with professionals.
To do so, we organise technical trainings to acquire skills that we then apply during diverse workshops. Also, we hold conferences and networking events on campus or in our partners’ offices.
The M&A and PE Club focuses on Corporate finance and its goal is to make its members the best potential recruits for investment banks and funds.
