Hedleys started life more than 40 years ago as the Surrey Office of a firm of City lawyers. Now a country practice, the firm maintains its City expertise and comprises a small dedicated team with a wealth of expertise who provide swift and innovative solutions to legal problems. Hedleys offers practical legal advice across the commercial, public sector and private client areas, and also works in mainland Europe, having particularly strong links with Scandinavia.
Two members of the firm are qualified Notaries Public and members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Hedleys is also a founder member of the International Practice Group, an organisation of lawyers, tax planners and accountants throughout Europe.
The firm is committed to providing clients with a friendly and highly professional service, working with clients to achieve their own objectives. We employ our skills and abilities both as lawyers and people with a common sense appreciation of our clients’ requirements.
