Welkom bij ‘Mijn masker af’. Een plek vóór, dóór en over jongeren met verlies en hun omgeving. Wij zijn een groep jonge mensen met ieder een eigen verhaal. Door het verlies van een dierbare, een echtscheiding of ander verlies, is ons leven aardig op zijn kop gaan staan. Ieder is hier op een eigen manier mee om gegaan, maar stuk voor stuk hebben wij drempels overwonnen en thema’s doorbroken. Door te ervaren hoe het is om ons verhaal te delen met anderen, hebben wij ons masker af kunnen zetten. Wij willen met ons verhaal andere jongeren en hun omgeving inspireren in het bespreekbaar maken van rouw, verdriet en verlies. Samen vormen wij een netwerk en door in gesprek te gaan met jongeren en hun omgeving hopen wij andere jongeren aan te sporen om ook hun masker af te zetten.
