My name is Hester and from a young age I’ve always had a profound need to see the important people around me happy.
Having completed my Master of Science, majoring in Sport Psychology, in the Netherlands, I started my career in a highly competitive, fast-paced sales organization. From there, I moved into the space of HR consulting, in the HR tech scene. When my partner and I got the opportunity to move abroad for work, we made the big decision and have since lived and worked across several countries in Asia: Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines. We now live in Abu Dhabi, in the UAE.
While I’ve selflessly championed personal development and transformation during my corporate career, I knew I wanted more and have decided to change my life to live in alignment with my values.
My passion for helping others thrive fuelled my journey to become a trained Co-Active Coach. I want to make a positive impact on others, one conversation at a time. It's during coaching conversations that I can bring my whole self, where I get energized from seeing others shine brighter and stand taller, and where I can witness remarkable transformations. It's an honour to work with people from diverse backgrounds and watch them make brave decisions and be proud.
