Tübitak destekli projeler yürütmeye devam eden Hexagon İleri Malzemeler, kuruluşundan bu yana geçen kısa süre içerisinde Türkiyede malzeme bilimi alanında önemli teknik bilgi üreticilerinden biri olmuştur. Öyle ki; yüksek mukavemetli çok fonksiyonel epoksi reçinelerin üretimi, yüksek sıcaklık dayanımına sahip poliimid reçinelerin ve köpüklerin üretimi, poliimid matrisli karbon elyaf takviyeli prepreglerin hazırlanması ve ışıkla sertleşebilen polimerlerin sentezi alanlarında Türkiye'de bulunan ilk yerli üretici firma konumundadır.
