My name is Andrew Marsham. I started my own health journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity.
I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out, making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerously radical dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction.
4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That was when I realised the true power and importance of knowledge and wisdom. It was mind blowing.
Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in Glasgow. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held.
Fast forward a few years and when I no longer seen a definitive path in the corporate world I started my own fitness coaching program in 2018 after becoming certified as a trainer and nutritionist while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Health Coaching.
I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way.
Today our team is comprised of 13 full time employees which includes 6 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 90 years experience between us.
We help executives to get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven online coaching program.
We have helped over 1,200 executives in our last 6 years of business. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple - Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention.
We want to be at the front lines of helping prevent chronic health conditions and help our clients live longer and live better.
