Job Seekers (hourly only) indicate under which conditions they would consider employment (e.g., desired wage, willingness to travel, type of industry, etc.). These "conditions"–as well as the Job Seeker's resume data–enable our employers to quickly search, filter, and invite qualified hourly workers to come interview for full- or part-time positions.
