Being an external recruitment company, we provide our clients with the experience of the excellent level internal recruitment department.

• We are providing only real qualified candidates (our CV acceptance rate is 90%+ which meant that more than 9 of 10 of our candidates pass CV screening stage)
• We build the pipeline actively, meaning we identify ideal candidates and actively approach them to sell them new opportunity. As a result, we are able to bring candidates which will never apply for the job by their selves because most of them simply are not in an active job search at the moment. Usually we show first candidates in 3-5 business days after we start working with the vacancy
• Because of this approach, we are in a conversation with hundreds and thousands of the candidates for each role. This means, we are building an employer brand for our clients, delivering the right message about their company directly to the general population of their target audience
• We have a great team (most of our team members are with us for 5+ years), which means they are coordinated, with excellent knowledge of the market, with deep understanding of the tech stacks they are working with, etc
• Our pricing and financial conditions are really reasonable (in most cases our rates are within the lover part of the spectrum, we do not require any prepayments, activation fees or other obligations from the customer just until we will have a successful hire)
• We can provide our clients with the advisory regarding salary ranges, benefit package and other details that may help them to success in bringing
