Established in 2003, we have been providing a professional building and property maintenance service throughout Hampshire and the counties, with our modern fleet of well equipped vans and our team of highly qualified & experienced Engineers, General Builders & Tradesmen.
Hi-tech Property Services Ltd employ all tradesmen from roofers, plumbers, carpenters to electricians and decorators. In fact all tradesmen for your reactive requirements.
We operate a 24 hour Reactive Service throughout Hampshire to ensure that you as our client receive a first class service. Operators man the call centre 24 hours a day, they will ensure your calls are answered and dealt with promptly. Work is categorised and dealt with according to timed schedules including an immediate response where required.
We are a growing company and we are doing this by “doing what we do best”.
Our mission is to offer a reliable and friendly service with a can-do attitude, to be the most reliable Reactive and Planned Building Maintenance Company to our clients whilst producing the highest quality of workmanship and a passion for getting it right first time. Planned Maintenance provides a multi-skilled operator who will visit your stores at pre-determined intervals to carry out minor repairs to the building as necessary.
Planned maintenance can reduce reactive maintenance calls since repairs are kept up to date and budgeting is simpler with one charge per store per month than a single charge per site visit. Paperwork can be kept to a minimum with one monthly invoice along with a copy of the schedule with job sheets available for all jobs upon request.
