Technology Outreach Hawaii (TORCH) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to promote technology education, empower youth, and make resources accessible. We aim to equip motivated Hawaii youth with the skills to thrive in the digital landscape of the future.
Through our flagship program ICSpark, we strive to provide every motivated 6th - 12th grade student with access to coding mentorship through a free programming course held every Spring. All classes are facilitated by computer science students at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
