"I love working together with digital product teams, to design & deliver technology and data solutions" Homecities is me, Maurice, a Freelance Business Technology Consultant with 12 years of experience in e-commerce, utilities, telecom and consultancy companies. I have had different roles ranging from architect to product manager and from doing business analysis to hands on data analytics and low-code development. I worked with high-code micro-services teams, in low-code app development projects and in data analytics and BI. I love working project-based, on the intersect of business and technology and like to balance high-level conceptual thinking with a specialist way of solving complex technical puzzles. I have acquired hands-on skills and certifications in many tools and platforms and can quickly add value to any digital product or data team. Analysis I'm an experienced business and information analyst and can help you gather requirements for applications and data products. I can lead technical design sessions and can translate business requirements to structured and clear user stories. Product Management I can help your dev team(s) work according to scrum / agile methodologies, set a clear direction for the product, manage prioritized and structured product backlogs and sprints, host refinement sessions and keep stakeholders aligned and up-to-date. Data I have hands on expierience with data analytics (in SQL and Python) and BI and have a broad interest and knowledge in a large range of data disciplines, including analytics engineering, machine learning, cloud infra and data management. Low-Code I have worked with low-code tools like Mendix to develope applications that can quickly add value to the business.
