Home Owners Help Center (HOHC) was developed in 2002 as a community outreach service to provide education, support, guidance and information to homeowners in mortgage distress. This branch of service is now a primary tool for local homeowners to do research and prequalify themselves for the various government sponsored initiatives for foreclosure prevention.

Home Owners Help Center provides common ground for the lender, homeowner, and investor to negotiate debt overburden (mortgages) in its infancy thereby preventing subsequent damage to the homeowners' subsidiary credit lines and the secured asset (the property).
We encourage neighborhood participation in the preservation of distressed real estate, thereby keeping the cash flow in the exact community where it was generated. Our systematic and proven methods help to prevent community degradation, reduce crime, preserve quality of life, stabilize property values, employ local trade skill and professional services workers and enhance the confidence of residents and local businesses alike.
