Why are the ingredients frozen?
There is a study about fresh produce losing key nutrients and vitamins over time during refrigerated storage. In some situations, frozen produce is more nutritious than its 5-day fresh-stored counterpart. HONEY LEMON uses shock freezing at minus 35℃, allowing conservation of all-important nutrients.
Food loss reduction.

HONEY LEMON aims to fulfil the UN Sustainable Development Goal Targets, i.e. No.2 “achieve food security and improved nutrition”, No.3 “Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages”, 12.3 “By 2030, halve per capita global food waste at the retail and consumer levels and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses”.
