Established in August of 2017, Horizons Project is a collegiate live streaming program and branch of Infuse Student Media at Southwest Baptist University. Our mission is “to maintain a bold, humble and welcoming community, that creates unique and innovative content.”
We seek to welcome students to a new medium, live streaming, by training them, giving them the opportunity to work with high quality software and equipment, and allowing them to work together to grow a diverse audience and community on various platforms.
Southwest Baptist University is partnered with Twitch through the "Twitch Student" program, and owns a partnered Twitch channel that Horizons Project streams to. A variety of content is uploaded to the channel, including gaming, educational tutorials, coding, and all matches for the SBU Varsity Esports Program, and several events at SBU.
Infuse Student Media is a student organization at Southwest Baptist University devoted to being a voice and a source of news for students at SBU, as well as an opportunity for students to develop their many creative talents.
