The Hospitality Tech Leaders Forum (HTLF) is a non-profit organization that was established to assist IT leaders in the hospitality industry and to unify IT operations. Our goal is to create an end-to-end IT operations framework in the hospitality industry with the help of industry leaders and government entities. Additionally, we offer a certification program that is developed by top industry leaders and designed to certify professionals as Certified Hospitality Tech Leaders. We also provide IT policy enforcement and auditing with the help of government bodies, which helps to increase data privacy and service quality.
Our community development program is designed to offer opportunities to everyone. It includes job and CV banks, product awareness programs, technical support, SOPs, and technical and pre-opening consultation services. We welcome vendors to join us and help fine-tune their products to meet the industry standards.
At HTLF, we also focus on sustainable ecosystem development, utilizing our talent pool to create in-house products and support. We believe in promoting sustainable IT practices, and we are committed to creating a more responsible and resilient hospitality industry. Therefore, we plan to use our talent pool to develop sustainable IT solutions that can reduce the environmental impact of operations in the hospitality industry.
In addition to our sustainable IT practices, we also offer support to our members to ensure that they are able to meet the ever-changing needs of the hospitality industry. Our end-to-end IT operations framework ensures that members are operating efficiently and effectively. Our community development programs provide opportunities for learning and growth, while our certification program helps to ensure that professionals are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
