- Design & Local Culture: There are no design standards; each G property has a unique design, look and feel. We work closely with local or regional architects and designers to put together a product adapted to the market
- Service & Clients: At every G property clients are no longer a room number or a fidelity card. Strong guest recognition programs are implemented and tailor made services is a motto
- Sales & Marketing: Marketing teams adapt their actions according to the sales strategies using new and alternative marketing channels
