Housing4More is ontstaan vanuit een MBA studie-opdracht van Tonny Drijdijk en Richard de Jager. In 2010 is het eerste project in India van start gegaan. Het voornemen voor dit eerste project was om 90 woningen te bouwen en 290 woningen te verbouwen (nieuw dak, vloer, ed).
