Seit 13 Jahren bin ich beruflich in HR, Recruiting und Employer Branding unterwegs. Als Angestellter im öffentlichen Dienst, in der Privatwirtschaft, als Selbstständiger und auch als Unternehmer. Alles war schon mal dabei. Und eines ist nach all der Zeit klar: HR kann Humor und unsere Business-Welt kann mehr Humor definitiv gebrauchen. Denn ernst ist es schon oft genug.
