Our Story
Named after the owner’s two daughters, Hannah and Sophia, HS Green opened its first location on Richmond Avenue in early 2016. Since then, HS Green has become a local favorite, where everyone can eat healthy without getting bored and indulge without regret.
Envisioning a new American bistro, inspiration was drawn from the English pub and French bistro, a place where both locals and visitors could come in with friends and family, have a meal, a glass of wine or a craft beer, or grab a healthy smoothie. This lifestyle concept came with a twist: the food would be made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available to provide not only healthy choices but also some guilty pleasures.
HS Green’s inspired cuisine fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, providing a place where you can drop in for a quick lunch, or come in for a relaxed date night.
