Über die HT Group
Die HT Group steht für ein unabhängiges und modernes Investment-, Asset- und Fondsmanagement von Immobilien. Als mittelständisches Unternehmen agieren wir autark und sind Konzern- und Kapitalmarktunabhängig. Über unsere hauseigene Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG) entwickeln wir Produkte für institutionelle Investoren. Unser Fokus liegt dabei auf Wohn- und Büroimmobilien in Deutschland und Österreich.
Die HT Group beteiligt sich neben dem Erwerb von Bestandsimmobilien frühzeitig an Projekten und Projektentwicklungen. Aktuell entwickeln wir zum Beispiel das LEIQ, einen CO2-neutral betriebenen Bürokomplex mit einer Gesamtfläche von rd. 40.000 m² in Offenbach am Kaiserlei. Derzeit verwaltet die HT Group mit einem Team von etwa 40 MitarbeiterInnen Assets under Management von rund 2,5 Milliarden Euro.
