Mit der Gründung einer eigenen Gesellschaft setzten Ina Kadlubietz und Dr. Jörg Biastoch im Dezember 2006 den Grundstein für ein zukunftsweisendes Wohnpark-Konzept mit wohnortnaher, vernetzter und in die Gemeinde integrierter Altenpflege. Nach dem ersten Wohnpark in Meisdorf, der im September 2009 eröffnet wurde, hat sich Humanas in nur wenigen Jahren zu einem der führenden Anbieter moderner Wohn- und Pflegeangebote in Sachsen-Anhalt entwickelt. Das Gebiet erstreckt sich mit über 20 Standorten von der Altmark über Magdeburg und den Harz bis nach Anhalt-Bitterfeld.
In die Gemeinden integriert, bieten Wohnparks von Humanas individuelle und wohnortnahe Verbindungen aus altersgerechten Wohnformen und einer bedarfsorientierten Pflege und Betreuung. Alle Angebote sind miteinander kombinierbar und stehen unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie den Menschen der Gemeinden zur Verfügung.
In den Wohnparks von Humanas ist neben seniorengerechtem Wohnen in Appartements mit bis zu zwei Bewohnenden auch Betreutes-Wohnen oder Service-Wohnen möglich.
Humanas bietet neben Einkaufshilfe und Unterstützung bei der Hausarbeit auch Wegbegleitung sowie frische Mahlzeiten an. Die hauswirtschaftlichen Leistungen können flexibel genutzt werden. Jeder Wohnpark verfügt über eine Tagespflege, die Bewohnende von Humanas und auch Menschen der Gemeinde stundenweise oder ganztägig für umfassende Geselligkeit und Betreuung zur Verfügung steht.
