Established in 1985, we have a wealth of experience in the sub contract industry and can offer a unique range of skills to our customers. It is rare to find a company like ours that can offer up to date CNC solutions together with traditional manual production disciplines. Hy-Tek is able to provide a one stop service for the manufacture of complex machined and fabricated components, including ownership and control of various sub contract operations. Our wide range of equipment enables us to offer our customers the facility to produce components in batch sizes from a Prototype 1 off, to larger batches of 500 plus. Our Machining Workshop contains, CNC Milling Machines, CNC Turning Centres, Manual Milling Machines, Manual Lathes, Horizontal and Jig Borers, Surface and Cylindrical Grinders, Spark Erosion. Our Fabrication Workshop contains, CNC Punch Press, CNC Press Break, Guillotine, TiG Welding Plant, MiG Welding Plant, Whichever technique we employ to produce our customers components, the attention to detail, accuracy and the pride in what we do, will always remain the same. As part of our Continuous Improvement philosophy we have put in place all the quality systems and management system controls that are required by the B.S.I. to satisfy the requirements for BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Due to the hard work of everyone involved, the willingness to embrace and sustain the changes, we are proud to announce that we now hold BSI Certificate Number FS 621816 During the coming months we will be working towards implementing the system updates for the 2015 requirement.
