We are a small but own company called Hybrid-SOFT, which was established to run the project with one big European company.
Essentially we're a team of two classy Project Managers (myself and my partner), and a good bunch of Java, Eclipse RCP Developers of various kind, who can pick up pretty much any size of the project.
After leaving behind big companies and having quite some good experience, we've started off our own company over a year ago with the team of 2 developers. With our current project, initially our main scope was bug fixing in their existing desktop application. But in a few month we've proven a great potential and high efficiency, and new features and functionalities came to be our main scope. The team grew up to 8 devs, 1 QA, 1 UI/UX Designer and 1 RM. We had been very successfull in building up a team learning our project and increasing the productivity. Currently the team is well developed, with great professional knowledge and RCP skills, and we're ready to take over some new great projects.
As Project Managers, we're experienced in running projects on different platforms:
MacOS, Windows /Desktop, Web Applications, iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows Mobile OS
