Այս նպատակին հասնելու ճանապարհին ՀԿ-ի թիմն աշխատելով ավելի քան 700 երիտասարդների հետ՝ իրականացրել և շարունակում է իրականացնել մի շարք ոչ ֆորմալ կրթական ծրագրեր և՛ առցանց տարբերակով, և՛ այցերի միջոցով, փորձի փոխանակումներ, դասընթացներ, սեմինարներ, միջմարզային միջոցառումներ, ճամբարներ, որոնք նպաստում են մարզաբնակ երիտասարդների հմտությունների զարգացմանը՝ վերջնանպատակ ունենալով աջակցել նաև մարզերի զարգացմանը և առաջխաղացմանը:
Արդյունքում, մինչ օրս
- ազդեցություն ենք ունեցել ավելի քան 5000 երիտասարդների հետ
- իրականացրել ավելի քան 500 վեբինարներ և սեմինարներ
- կազմակերպել 20-ից ավելի դասընթացներ մարզաբնակ երիտասարդների համար
- իրականացրել 30-ից ավելի մեծ միջմարզային միջոցառումներ
- ստեղծել 5 ենթանախագծեր՝ տարբեր ոլորտի խնդիրներ լուծող
- հիմնել 5 երիտասարդական կենտրոն
- 150-ից ավելի այց տարբեր գյուղեր
- 12 խոշոր ճամբարներ։
