Do you ever feel frustrated trying to achieve work life balance? I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs develop healthy and rewarding habits so that they can achieve and maintain a work life balance.
This is important to me because I’ve had several businesses in my life and have always struggled with accomplishing goals I set. I never seemed to have a great handle on what was working or not, in part because I didn’t have the right goal metrics to determine what was working (or not). Furthermore, I often neglected my health and my relationships while working hard to make my business successful.
I started keeping a journal, keeping track of what I wanted, what I was doing, and what was working. Things started to fall into place. I was happier, healthier, and much more successful.
I now work with entrepreneurs who are feeling overwhelmed by life and work and really want the best for their families and themselves and still have a productive and fulfilling career. The joy is in the journey!
