I2IT, Pune [International Institute of Information Technology, Pune] is a self-financing unaided private educational institution established in the year 2001 by the Hope Foundation and Research Centre under the aegis of the Finolex Group of Companies to offer innovative academic programmes in emerging areas. The Institute was dedicated to the service of the nation at the hands of Former Hon’ble President of India, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam on 28th May 2003. Since then, it has emerged as one of the premier academic institutions in India.
During the years 2001 to 2013, I2IT Pune offered niche Postgraduate Certificate Programmes in Advanced Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Sciences which provided the latest in-depth instruction and specialized knowledge in respective areas. Some of these academic programmes were offered jointly in association with reputed Universities and Institutions in India and abroad.
