The IAAF Academy provides a bespoke and tailored curriculum for members to enhance role specific skills. Designed to develop core knowledge, key skills and measurable behaviours that lead to improved performance.
All of our courses are delivered as a ‘Blended’ Solution via instructor-led Virtual Classroom Training, web-based materials, work-based tasks and assignments and 1-2-1 virtual coaching. Supported through effective knowledge testing to ensure all defined learning outcomes can be achieved.
Delivered in partnership with ASC WebCoach, an automotive training provider specialising in virtual and blended training solutions. This allows our members access to role specific training without the financial and time costs of leaving the business and provide easy to access training and support when and where required.
