ibuild Solutions is a registered building company based in Western Australia, specialising in Building Quality, Energy Efficient Custom Homes in Perth’s coastal & city suburbs Our offices are based in Joondalup, Perth, WA. ibuild Solutions was established in 2011 by Director Lee Bramley who has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, 10 of which, in the WA market. After completing his apprenticeship as a Bricklayer, Lee very quickly learned new skills and aspects of building and construction working with different tradesmen before setting up and running his own general building company in the UK, completing many loft conversions, extensions, landscaping projects, renovations & new builds. After moving to Australia in 2007 with his Wife and 3 sons, Lee gained valuable experience on site working in similar areas of construction. After the demand for his services increased through word of mouth and recommendation, He established ibuild solutions in early 2011, Completing a Diploma in Building & Construction. After working from home for a number of years, the work load increased and the projects grew in size, enabling Lee to employ 2 of his Sons and a fantastic on site and office based team to help grow the company. Whilst maintaining quality and standards Lee say’s “we are small enough to listen, Big enough to Deliver” With the company’s values focusing Quality construction and the environment, we decided to see what we could do to help save the planet. This lead us to make our decision to focus on building Quality, Energy Efficient Custom Homes for professional people that appreciate true value in Quality and service. Our mission is to create High Quality, energy efficient living spaces for people's homes, through outstanding building practices, whilst making a positive impact on the future of our children’s environment. Our work is carried out by our knowledgeable and trusted team & tradesmen who specialise in their relative fields. This enables our service, workmanship and building experience to remain to the highest standards possible.
