After years of tireless work and innovation, Iced 8 distilling has created a specialized agave spirits product like no other. Our concentrate allows distilleries to produce high quality agave spirits with the freedom to use their creativity towards the end product. Using our own agave fields and processing facilities, Iced 8 has created a unique agave concentrate to optimize fermentation time (48-72 hours) with the end product rivaling any luxury tequila produced in Mexico. Our one of a kind agave concentrate, works in harmony with current distilling equipment. This optimized concentrate has the perfect balance of “our product, your creation.”
The agave and tequila industry were nothing new to the Iced 8 team, which consists of talented individuals with a combined knowledge of the agave industry that is second to none. With the craft spirits market rapidly expanding, and tequila sales growing quickly in the global market, Iced 8’s shareholders sought to capitalize on an opportunity that has alluded many. Craft vodkas, whiskeys, and gins quickly began emerging across the country with small-batch quality that simply couldn’t be matched by the larger liquor companies. Agave spirits, also known as tequila, seemed to be almost nonexistent in the craft spirits market. This opportunity to produce high-quality agave spirits is what helped to form the company that is known today as Iced 8 Distilling.
In addition to our concentrate we will also have another opportunity coming this spring to purchase finished bulk agave spirits. This is an opportunity to offer high quality agave spirits without distilling it on site. The final presentation of aging, bottling, and branding will be up to you the customer.
