Als Netzwerk Hochschule-Wirtschaft und gemeinnütziger Förderverein verfolgen wir das Ziel, Studierende zu fördern und diesen hervorragende Perspektiven zu eröffnen. Der Mehrwert für alle Beteiligten liegt dabei dem seit Jahren erfolgreichen Konzept zugrunde.
Umgesetzt wird dies mit der besonderen Variante des dualen Studiums: dem ICS-Modell. Es richtet sich exklusiv an überdurchschnittlich gute Studierende, die die ersten Semester erfolgreich absolviert haben. Die noch engere Verknüpfung zwischen Theorie und Praxis findet dabei in den letzten Studiensemestern statt.
Die kurze Förderdauer mit sehr hohem Praxisanteil ermöglicht unseren Förderstudenten den Karrierestart bereits in der Endphase des Studiums, jedoch ohne dass ihr Hochschulstudium dabei zu kurz kommt.
Damit unterstützen wir sowohl die Förderung als auch die nachhaltige Gewinnung von hochqualifizierten Fachkräften von morgen.
Wichtig ist uns dabei, mit Begeisterung und Verlässlichkeit zum Wohle aller Beteiligten zu agieren.
