Our main strapline is 'Changing the Way we Think' and we believe by providing people with great and relevant content and bringing them together we can 'Make Organisations More Human.
Our original focus was on providing organizations and L&D professionals with the best ideas from the world’s leading business schools - and that remains central to what we offer.... but our real purpose is to use this content to get people thinking about their leadership styles.
