Transaction validation:
When a transaction gets labeled as a fraud, we automate the process of converting that transaction from lost to recovered in seconds. Using facial recognition and OCR, we ensure that the card owner is “alive,” identity proof by asking for an official ID, and assure the credit card is physically there to prevent CNP fraud.
