An individual with a very humble beginning, he faced and overcame various challenges in life, which helped him develop a unique outlook about life. Bouncing back from adversity is one of the key skills that reflects in his coaching – a skill he learnt the hard way earlier in his life when he overcame a life threatening illness, remaining bedridden for over 1 year.
Before commencing a formal career in coaching and training, Shahzad spent over 2 decades in top tier organizations of Pakistan, consistently topping the performance charts in 3 diverse industries. This learning comes in handy when he coaches people for success in sales, time management, trade marketing, training, business development and event management.
An avid learner himself, he continues to augment his spiritual learning journey of 28 years through frequent interaction with renowned national and international personalities, something that puts him in a unique class.
Besides leading learning interventions in more than 10 organizations, Shahzad has also served on the visiting faculty of 3 universities. He also hosts a weekly radio show where he shares various life excellence skills with his listeners in his unique motivational style.
Shahzad claims his endeavour to be the torchbearer of PDL (Purpose Driven Life), which to him is the greatest thing to live for.
