Established in the region 20 years ago by sports professionals, IFA is a successful independent football academy. We operate in 6 locations across Dubai and have over 500 participants attending our sessions each week.
Our ‘Sport for All’ philosophy means we are inclusive and not exclusive. Our players are taught in a professional environment that is also fun to ensure our players enjoy their sessions and become the best they can be.
Grassroots football is at the core of what we do, however a few years ago we introduced ‘Development’ and ‘Premier’ programmes and this season (2022-2023) our U12’s and U13’s went undefeated in one of the most competitive leagues in the region, which had 26 teams participating. Invincibles!
Approaching our 3rd decade in the UAE, this season we have a new look, new programmes and some great new additions to our coaching and support staff to ensure the best possible experience for all our players, parents and supporters.
We have been working hard to develop the most comprehensive development programme on offer in the UAE and are proud of our coaching programmes, delivered by a coaching team boasting UEFA A and B Licences coaches.
Our Dribblers programme offers ‘toddlers’ their first taste of football until they are ready to graduate at 4yrs into our popular (grassroots) Academy system.
Other than our ‘grassroots’ Academy, Premier and Development Programmes, we also offer extracurricular activities (ECAs) in schools across Dubai and offer support to the respective PE departments.
We are also very proud of our ‘Stars’ tournaments, which is a friendly competition wherein our Academy players can test themselves against other academies to gain some valuable competitive football experience but in a fun (no pressure) environment.
We have also designed and built football pitches that we rent out every night of the week and we manage various school facilities via an online system, taking care of all everything on profit share basis.
