IGDA India is the national chapter of IGDA, a non-profit professional association dedicated to supporting and empowering game developers. Our mission is to advance careers, foster professional growth, and strengthen the local game development community by facilitating connections, knowledge-sharing, and advocacy on industry-related issues.
We strive to enhance the skills and career opportunities of individual game developers and professionals in related fields across India while increasing global recognition of India’s game development ecosystem.

We also focus on nurturing and promoting Indian talent on the global stage, helping developers gain international exposure through industry events, mentorship programs, and partnerships with global studios and professionals. By bridging the gap between Indian and international game development communities, we aim to create more opportunities for Indian developers to showcase their work, collaborate on global projects, and build meaningful connections worldwide.
The IGDA Delhi chapter aims to connect game developers from Delhi/NCR and North India to promote collaboration and learning and to further develop the international recognition of the Indian game developer community.
One crucial way to achieve our goal is by organizing various events, such as local meetups, developer showcases, networking sessions, speaker engagements, and more – creating an environment that promotes collective growth and empowerment.
