Of all the challenges that humanity faces today, one of the greatest, and possibly the gravest, is overcoming the crisis of leadership. It is due to this crisis that we are plagued with the pressing concern for a prospering present and a promising future. Today’s youth is ready to take up this challenge but isn’t aware of the pathway. To meet the aspirations of New India, RMP has started the Indian Institute of Leadership Sciences (IIDL). 'The IIDL'. RMP has been striving to create leaders who would provide able leadership to the country at large than just indulging in netagiri. But fortunately, today the democratic process has become much more engaging and participative than ever. The youth are more aware of their rights and duties. The youth aspire to play a proactive role in the process of democracy. At the same time, the government and the polity needs young talent equipped with the right ideas and competencies to keep pace with the changing times. Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Leadership, Politics and Governance is a unique inter-disciplinary course designed to close the gap between young talent and India’s democratic polity and governance. The programme is targeted at students and young professionals who wish to make a career in the field of politics, governance, public affairs and leadership. The Post Graduate Program is designed to produce trained, ethical and responsible leaders, in short “New Leaders for a New India.” Our objective is to provide a deep insight in to the socio-political ground reality of India. To inculcate and enhance leadership values and capacities. To equip the participants with necessary skill-sets for having a career in politics, public affairs, voluntary organisations and allied areas.
