Anderzijds de groep voor de deskundigen die zich gratis kunnen aanmelden. Aan de hand van hun vooraf bepaalde werkregio, komt elke aanvraag in hun mailbox terecht. Via het principe van ‘first come, first served’ kan de deskundige zich de opdracht toe-eigenen.
