4. Het daadwerkelijk realiseren of ook wel bouwen met behulp van het fundament en het (tussentijdse) resultaat regelmatig bespreken met de opdrachtgever.
5. Na het realiseren begint het pas echt. Namelijk het gebruiksklaar maken en het continue verbeteren zodat het aan de verwachtingen blijft voldoen van de eindgebruikers en de opdrachtgever.
Het ImpacT stappenplan wordt toepast op Business Intelligence toepassingen en (opmaat) software ontwikkeltrajecten.
