Missie
Impact Nederland zet zich in voor mensen vanaf 16 jaar die door meervoudige problematiek dreigen af te glijden naar de onderkant van de samenleving. Met onze betrokkenheid, passie en multidimensionale aanpak doorbreken we samen met de cliënt de cirkel van afhankelijkheid, onmacht en uitsluiting en werken we aan weerbaarheid op de lange termijn.
Visie
Impact Nederland richt zich met name op preventieve interventie om te voorkomen dat er repressief moet worden opgetreden. Maatwerk en een persoonsgerichte aanpak is ons uitgangspunt. Een juiste match tussen de interventiespecialist en cliënt zorgt ervoor dat er een fundament kan worden gelegd voor langdurige samenwerking en wederzijds vertrouwen.
Impact Nederland werkt niet enkel aan symptoombestrijding, maar aan duurzaam investeren in de weerbaarheid van de cliënt. Hierbij betrekken we verschillende levensgebieden, zoals: school, werk, gezin en samenleving. We streven ernaar interventies zo licht mogelijk in te zetten om hierdoor de inzet van zwaardere interventies en zorgen in een later stadium te voorkomen.
Onze aanpak is praktisch (wat snel opgelost kan worden, wordt snel opgepakt), activerend (het versterken van de sociale weerbaarheid van de cliënt en het sociale netwerk rondom de cliënt en het gezin) en ondersteunend (we zijn coach, mentor of maatje wanneer de cliënt iemand naast zich nodig heeft).
Naast het leveren van maatwerkinterventies, richten wij ons ook op een goede samenwerking tussen de netwerkpartners. Door het ontwikkelen van strategieën bieden we onze netwerkpartners handvatten om dergelijk vertoond gedrag vanuit een eenduidige en concrete manier aan te pakken.
De doelgroep staat voor Impact Nederland voorop en onze werkzaamheden staan voortdurend in het teken van de cliënt.
