Wat doet impegno?
We vinden het belangrijk dat jij op één plek de zorg vindt die je nodig hebt. Daarom bieden we zorg en behandeling aan kinderen, volwassenen en gezinnen.
Dat doen we door samen met jou te kijken welke zorg of combinatie van zorg het beste bij jou past. Ons aanbod bestaat uit praktische en/of psychische ondersteuning. We kunnen je ondersteunen met schulden en woonruimte, maar ook met opvoedkundige vragen en problemen na scheiding. Hiernaast bieden we behandeling en groepstrainingen aan voor kind/jeugd en voor 18+.

🔸 Begeleiding voor volwassenen (Wmo)
Dit is individuele ondersteuning vanaf 18 jaar op de leefgebieden huisvesting, financiën, dagbesteding, lichamelijk functioneren, praktisch functioneren, psychisch functioneren, sociaal functioneren en zingeving.
🔸 Begeleiding voor kinderen en jeugdigen (jeugdhulp)
Individuele ondersteuning voor kinderen van 0 tot 18 jaar.
🔸Behandeling voor jongeren en kinderen
Dit is individuele zorg voor jeugdigen vanaf 0 tot 18 jaar waarbij (mogelijk) psychische of psychiatrische problematiek speelt. De zorg bestaat uit diagnostiek en behandeling (specialistische GGZ).
🔸 Behandeling voor volwassenen (DBC)
Dit is individuele zorg voor volwassenen vanaf 18 tot en met 64 jaar, waarbij (mogelijk) psychische of psychiatrische problematiek speelt. De zorg bestaat uit diagnostiek en behandeling (specialistische GGZ).
🔸 Gezinsondersteuning
Dit betreft systeemgerichte zorg voor (multiprobleem-) gezinnen met minimaal 1 thuiswonend kind, waarbij (mogelijk) sprake is van psychische of psychiatrische problematiek, opvoedingsproblematiek of problemen met de (directe) leefomgeving.
