L'IMSO est une asbl qui a pour but de défendre les intérêts financiers, sociaux et administratifs des personnes atteintes de SEP traitées au Centre National de la Sclérose en Plaques.
Elle vise à promouvoir la collaboration entre le personnel soignant, à améliorer le sort des patients atteints de SEP, à organiser des activités récréatives et informatives pour les patients et leur famille et à assurer un soutien financier aux malades nécessiteux.
