ITG develops and implements business concepts that are intended to ensure more employment and better incomes. Who and how? Who has ITG in mind? Small farmers, young people and women are the primary target groups. For them, ITG sets up companies in Africa (Social Business), finances similar initiatives from others in Africa and provides management support. The companies that ITG sets up - or in which ITG participates - are fully focused on allowing the results to benefit the target group. Share capital and loans The companies are financed with share capital and long-term loans. The money comes from financiers that are recruited by ITG. The share capital and the loans are provided by ITG to African companies. ITG BV actively participates in the management of the partnering companies. Collaboration There is active collaboration with NGOs to organize the target group in cooperatives with good quality management. Ownership When the companies function properly over time, the cooperatives are enabled to take over. The target group itself then becomes the owner of the economic activity.
