Indaad is gespecialiseerd in integrale zorg- en dienstverlening aan jeugdigen, jongeren, gezinnen en (jong)volwassenen in Amsterdam en omgeving.

Bij de mensen voor wie we werken is vaak sprake van een complexe meervoudige problematiek. Deze bestaat uit een verstandelijke beperking, gedragsproblemen, een psychische stoornis, zorg- en hulpmijdend gedrag en een ontoereikend sociaal netwerk.
We ondersteunen op alle leefgebieden: wonen, werken, geldzaken, sociaal en praktisch functioneren, gezondheid en zelfzorg, onderwijs en vrijetijdsbesteding. Dit doen we via ambulante individuele begeleiding, specialistische jeugdhulp, begeleid (zelfstandig) wonen, forensische zorg, dagbesteding en behandeling.
Het team van Indaad is multidisciplinair en een afspiegeling van de samenleving. Bij de werving en selectie van onze collega’s zoeken wij naar eigenschappen die Indaad het DNA geven waar we trots op zijn. Streetwise, Ambitieus, Inclusief, Relativerend en Echt. Indaad is een WTZi-erkende organisatie die zorg levert op basis van de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz), Wet forensische zorg (Wfz) Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning (WMO) en Jeugdwet. Daarnaast is Indaad gecertificeerd volgens de kwaliteitsnormen ISO 9001:2015.
