We stimuleren inwoners om te ontdekken wat hun vaardigheden zijn en helpen ze vervolgens met talentontwikkeling. Wij geven de voorkeur aan groepswerk boven individuele hulp, dan vergroten inwoners ook direct hun sociale vaardigheden en netwerk. Zo werken wij aan een stevige sociale basisinfrastructuur in Amersfoort.
