Indology is a small BBBEE level 2, 100% female owned Industrial and Organisational Psychology consultancy company that focuses on providing Human Resource and Industrial Psychology solutions to organisations including Medico-Legal field. The company was established in 2016 by two young and dynamic women who are Industrial Psychologists by profession with more than 10 years of working experience in Human Resource Development and corresponding fields.
Indology is looking to utilise the experience, knowledge, available skills and competencies to provide tailor-made solutions to our diverse clients across industries and organisational levels. This philosophy will enable us to grow and potentially enable us to create jobs for other professionals in the field.
