Rebecca understands the challenges of the corporate world, having worked in corporate environments for close to 20 years. She understands the excitement of a transformation, the relentless change and the associated pressure that comes with it.
Describing herself as a "reformed Type A personality", Rebecca has always taken a lot of pride in her professionalism, high standards and work ethic. Highly driven and results oriented, these traits have served her well yet also come with their share of stress.
Meditation has become an integral well-being tool for Rebecca and allows her to bring the best of herself to every interaction whether that is in corporate, training, personal life, parenting or as a partner. She has learned how to respond rather than to react, to be more balanced and present and is passionate about sharing this skill with others.
