In 2007, Siemens decided to purchase the property of the entire design of the first generation of Active-Tags, and grant to INGECOM the most advanced title of "Advanced Partner". This contract demonstrates the superior technological achievement done by INGECOM already since its inception.
The second generation of Active-Tags was born on 2008, with very significant improvement in terms of performance/cost ratio. At that time INGECOM started also to deliver products to the middle-east region and rapidly grew to become a major supplier for Arabic countries.
Today INGECOM is still growing on the grounds of its patent portfolio and highly advanced technological skills. The customer remains at the center of all the decisions of the company. One of the strategic move of the company in 2010 was to incorporate its own production site for its own products only. This production site located just nearby the R&D is a key factor of success contributing to better industrial designs with higher quality level.
