Inklupreneur Berlin ist ein Projekt der Hilfswerft gGmbH, das die Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderung in der Arbeitswelt fördert.
Wir ermutigen und befähigen Unternehmer*innen, Inklusionskonzepte zu entwickeln und im eigenen Unternehmen umzusetzen, um mehr Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung zu schaffen. So zeigen wir, dass sie genauso wertvoll sind wie alle anderen Menschen.
Inklupreneur wurde als Modellvorhaben von 2021 bis 2024 in Berlin durch eine Förderung des LAGeSo realisiert. Innerhalb von drei Jahren wurden 42 Unternehmen dabei unterstützt, inklusive Beschäftigungsstrukturen aufzubauen - über 100 Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit Schwerbehinderung sind so entstanden. Seit 2022 gibt es ein gefördertes Inklupreneur-Programm in Bremen (aus Mitteln des ESF und des AVIB) und seit 2024 im Rheinland (in Kooperation mit dem LVR und Found-it e.V.).
