We are aware of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, perceptions and actions. Awareness of internal thoughts, feelings, memories and sensations with every experience. INNER VOICE Our ongoing, often subconscious, stream of thoughts, feelings and inner conversations that occur within our mind. Learn to harness a positive sense of self through behaviour, memory and mental health. MIND POSITIVITY Our positive thoughts, beliefs, values and mental/emotional attitudes. Optimistic thinking focusing on our strengths and positive qualities. Practicing gratitude and self-compassion. MINDFULNESS Our abilities to practice maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment. Focusing on the present moment without judgment helping to maintain a sense of calmness and alleviate feelings of anxiety. MIND SELF-REFLECTION Our ability to help us understand who we are, what our values are, and why we think, feel, and act the way we do. Self-reflection helps us become more conscious of what drives us, which in turn helps us personally develop and improve our life.
